Luxurious family owned 2500 sqft villa with 5 beds/5 baths located only 3 miles to Disney. We do our best to provide the perfect place to relax after a day in Disney or Universal parks. Your kids will love the STAR WARS/Mickey playground themed bedrooms. You can enjoy a movie on the HD projector in the home theater/game room. Make use of our high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 50mbps). On the ground floor, there is room for 6 adults : two master bedrooms with king beds + walk-in closet / one queen room with separate bathroom.
On the first floor, up to 5 children can take place : two in a Star Wars themed bedroom with two twin beds / up to three in a Mickey Playground themed bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Your kids will love it!
Every room has its flat screen TV. There is a Bluray player in the game room and in the living room.
The private screened in pool and spillover spa is heated for free upon request (recommended Oct-Apr). The pool is South facing. (Please note the pool heating system is a heat pump. When the weather is too cold, the pool might not be hot enough. This might happened during colder winter days)
The house is fully climate controlled with Nest thermostats. (AC must not be set lower than 72F) The game room has its own A/C not connected to the Nest.
You can also enjoy the movie theater room with its 92″ screen and its Full HD projector and Blu Ray player connected to a blasting surround sound system. (Please bring your own DVD/Blu-ray’s because the ones we have put got “lost” too…)
The theater room is also a game room with a 60-in-one arcade game and a Foosball table.
For younger ones, you will also find a highchair, two “pack and play” crib (we recommend you to bring sheets for them, none provided) and two strollers (they are old and used but still useful).
We provide sheets for the 5 bedrooms, bath towels for the 5 bathrooms and pool towels.
We also provide a small starter pack with dish detergent, dishwasher tablet, extra trash bag, washing powder, sponge, toilet paper roll. It’s just enough to get you started for one or two days. Please note that this is a self catered rental you will have to buy your own for the rest of your stay!

- NO pets please because of allergies. If pets are found present a deep cleaning fee will incur. Please contact me beforehand if you have a support/service animal
- The price includes all energy costs
- BBQ rental is possible : link to recommended rental company will be provided upon request
- Access to the communal pool and water features is included in the price. Some activities require a small fee and/or deposit like basketball, tennis court, etc.
